Our Lead Video Editor Intern, Kennedy Doakes, combines technical expertise in post-production with a creative vision that elevates our video content. She specializes in transforming raw footage into dynamic, cohesive social media videos that boost viewer engagement and strengthen our brand presence.

 

Kennedy demonstrates proficiency in non-linear editing, color correction, sound design, and visual effects integration. She seamlessly incorporates music, motion graphics, typography, and captions to enhance narrative flow and maintain visual consistency across platforms. Her attention to pacing, tone, and story structure ensures each project aligns with the mission and values of DACS Services L3C.

 

In addition to her technical skills, Kennedy brings a strong sense of storytelling and visual identity to every project. She leads the creative execution of video content that reinforces our brand’s purpose while connecting with our audience.

 

Kennedy is currently pursuing a degree in Film with a specialization in Editing at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is expected to graduate in December 2025 and is dedicated to transforming raw footage into polished, compelling visual stories.

Megan Quinlan

Meet Our Social Media Specialist Intern - Motivational Monday

Our Social Media Specialist Intern, Megan Quinlan demonstrates a deep understanding of the motivational drivers that influence today’s college students. Her combination of creative insight, emotional intelligence, and strategic communication makes her a valuable contributor to our mission of empowering students to succeed.

 

As the creative force behind our weekly #MotivationalMonday posts, Megan develops engaging content that inspires students to persevere in their academic, physical, mental, and spiritual journeys. Her posts often include polls and interactive features that increase engagement, encourage reflection, and foster meaningful connection with our audience. Her determination and openness to exploring new approaches strengthen the overall impact of our social media presence.

 

Using tools like Canva, Megan produces visually compelling content that resonates with students. She is deeply passionate about encouraging others to overcome challenges and stay grounded in their faith. Her commitment to service and uplifting others is evident in content she creates.

 

Megan is currently pursuing a major in Enterprise Leadership with a minor in Media Management at Iowa University. She also holds a certificate in Event Management and is expected to graduate in May 2026. Her unique combination of creativity, compassion, and purpose makes her a valued member of our team.

Victoria Dirocco

Meet Our Social Media Specialist & Analyst Intern - Tip Tuesday & Fund Friday 

Our Social Media Specialist and Analyst Intern, Victoria Dirocco brings a sharp eye for branding, a data-informed mindset, and a passion for advancing student success through impactful content. As our Social Media Specialist and Analyst Intern, she plays an essential role in strengthening our Instagram presence with consistent branding, refined aesthetics, and strategic audience engagement.

 

Victoria leads the ongoing redesign of our Instagram page. She reinforces branding through updated Instagram Highlights, refined color palette, and a cohesive visual identity that reflects our mission and values. Using tools such as Instagram Insights and Canva, she monitors content performance and applies her findings to expand reach, grow followers, and increase engagement.

 

She also serves as the creative voice behind our weekly #TipTuesday and #FundFriday posts. Tip Tuesday offers college students practical strategies that support productivity, wellness, and academic success. Fund Friday highlights scholarships and financial aid opportunities, helping students access the resources they need to pursue their goals.

 

Victoria is currently pursues a degree in Journalism and Public Relations at Indiana University, Bloomington and plans to graduate in December 2025. Her blend of creativity, strategy, and purpose adds tremendous value to our team and supports the students we serve.

Meet Our Social Media Specialist Intern - We Serve Wednesday 

Our Social Media Specialist Intern, Ali Lammers, brings a joyful spirit, curiosity, and drive that make her a valued member of our team. She is always up for a challenge and brings a thoughtful, inquisitive mindset to everything she does.

 

Ali leads our #WeServeWednesday campaign, a signature weekly spotlight that highlights the voices of our donors, scholars, and interns. Through engaging content and mission-driven messaging, she ensures that the core values of DACS such as service, legacy, and support for students are consistently recognized and celebrated. Her efforts help expand awareness, build trust, and strengthen our social media presence.

 

Ali believes deeply in our mission and is passionate about creating environments that are inspiring and accessible to all. She is committed to using her skills as tools for connection and empowerment, especially for those who are often overlooked.

 

Ali currently attends the University of Central Florida, where she is majoring in Advertising and Public Relations. She is expected to graduate in May 2027. Her creativity, strategic thinking, and heart for service make her an asset to our team.

Each post is thoughtfully crafted to inspire resilience, foster personal development, and promote intentional living. These values align with our mission to support students from freshman year through graduation.

 

Laila’s creativity and insight add significant value to our team. She specializes in designing visually engaging and meaningful social media content that amplifies our message and deepens student engagement. Her work builds a sense of community where students feel seen, supported, and motivated to keep progressing.

 

With a strategic understanding of social media marketing, Laila identifies trends, themes, and visuals that resonate with today’s college students. Her approach ensures that our content remains relevant, impactful, and empowering.

 

Laila is currently pursuing a degree in Creative Writing with a minor in Marketing at Malone University. She is expected to graduate in May 2026 and is passionate about helping students succeed while making a lasting positive impact.
